Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Designed for empty homes and apartments, this service ensures the space is spotless and ready for move-in or move-out. Includes inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, deep bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and floor care.
Commercial Cleaning Services
Office Cleaning

Professional cleaning for offices of all sizes. Includes desk areas, common spaces, restrooms, floors, trash removal, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Customizable to your team’s needs and schedule.

Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Turnover

Service Policies
1. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance (online, phone, or email).
- Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, monthly) are given priority scheduling.
- Please confirm access details (lockbox, gate code, alarm, etc.) when booking.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or lock-outs may result in a $50 fee.
- If we cannot access the property, the appointment will be marked as canceled.
3. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Late payments (over 3 days) may include a $25 late fee.
4. Service Scope
- Standard Clean includes general surfaces, floors, kitchen, and bathroom cleaning.
- Deep Clean / Move-Out includes additional detail work (inside appliances, baseboards, cabinets if empty).
- Add-ons (laundry, fridge/oven interior, patio cleaning, supply restock, etc.) must be requested at booking and will be charged separately.
- Heavy lifting (over 30 lbs), biohazards, and pest infestations are not included in our services.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Please pick up clutter, toys, or personal items before your appointment.
- For cabinet, closet, or appliance interior cleaning, items must be emptied by the client unless an add-on service is arranged.
- Pets should be secured during cleaning for the safety of the team and your animals.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours.
- Refunds are not provided.
7. Privacy & Security
- All client information and property details are confidential.
- Our cleaners will never take photos, videos, or share details without written permission.
- Keys or codes will be securely handled and used only for scheduled cleaning access.
